If you take a flight leaving the USA on April 8 (depending on where you’re flying from and how many stops you have), you should arrive in Paris sometime during the day on April 9. I can meet you in the Welcome hall of CHARLES DE GAULLE. In the case where you arrive too early for check in, there will be a place to store your bags and refreshments will be available.
On April 18, you should plan to fly out of the Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. We will be staying at a nearby hotel so no matter your flight time, you will be close by. I will walk you over there; plan on departing the hotel 3 hours before your flight. Remember that hotel checkout is at noon, so if your flight is later in the day, we can store your bags.
