Could we have had better weather?! Escaping a grey, still-chilly Minnesota, we discovered warm sun, a blue sky, and unbelievable color as we traipsed about Normandy! These two gallivanters were up for anything and everything as we hopped about from one end of the region to the other. With a little bit of history, a number of flowery botanical gardens, some medieval architecture, fresh ocean breezes, daily Aperol Spritzes, and an overnight stay in a palace, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
