A family with an interest in history (and the Mona Lisa!) contacted me to host them in and around Paris and Normandy. Actually, "an interest in history" is an understatement: all I did was lead and Bob and Mac supplied the narrative! Over the course of two weeks, we explored museums, ate incredible meals, and enjoyed exchanging puns. We had dinner atop the Eiffel Tower. We also ate at the oldest inn in France. There was a semi-private tour of the Louvre and another of historic WWII sites. And, after only a few days of arriving home, Laurie had made the most incredible photo book of the gallivant—I'm sure she'll show you if you ask!
